Quickly moving up the ranks from field investigator to senior investigator and into management, Brian has a passion for business and service excellence. His drive to take the field of investigative services to a higher, more client-integrated level led to the creation of Phenix Investigations in 1996, of which Mr. Bauer is President and founder.

Brian attributes his unusual rate of investigative success in corporate and litigation support to his unique approach. He is committed to bringing value to his clients beyond their expectations, not “just doing the job.” Mr. Bauer’s proven track record runs the gamut from investigations relating to substance abuse, product liability, auto liability, embezzlement, wrongful death, theft, and insurance fraud, to full restitution for clients.

A graduate of Franklin Pierce College with a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Mass Communication, Mr. Bauer makes his home outside of Indianapolis, Indiana. Outside of Phenix Investigations, Brian enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing sports, and hunting in such places as Africa, South America, Mexico, and Canada.
