Investigator
Lauren Robleza
Lauren brings nearly 20 years of interdisciplinary experience to her investigative work, shaped by a career that spans broadcast journalism, medical-legal analysis, insurance defense, regulatory compliance, and complex case review. She holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Leadership Studies from Gonzaga University, a Paralegal Studies certificate from Fairleigh Dickinson University, and a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Centenary University — an academic foundation that deepened her understanding of how people communicate, obscure information, and reveal truth through language and behavior.
Lauren began her career in broadcast journalism as a news director and on-air host, where she learned to connect with people quickly, ask meaningful questions, and communicate clearly under pressure. She later spent nearly a decade in litigation support before expanding into multi-state regulatory licensing and compliance, ultimately returning to insurance defense and investigative work with a broadened, systems-level perspective. Today, she blends analytical rigor with a steady, human-centered approach to making sense of complex situations and helping clients move toward well-supported, practical solutions.
